Description
TEXMAXBOND is a unique polymer for application as a warp sizing binder. The product may be used in conjunction with starch and starch derivatives for the sizing of cotton, polyester / cotton, polyester / rayon and other blended yarns to be woven on high speed weaving machines.
TEXMAXBOND may be used to replace up to 100% of polyvinyl alcohol is warp sizing formulations. It contains no starch.
TEXMAXBOND is an off white/ transparent liquid polymer product.

TEXMAXBOND is water soluble but should be cooked along with the starch product used in the sizing recipe. Because the product is water soluble, we recommend adding it slowly to the mixing vessel while stirring to avoid lumps.
TEXMAXBOND should be used with the starch in the recipe depending upon construction, degree of weave difficulty and weaving machine speed.
REMOVAL TEXMAXBOND is easily removed by conventional desizing methods. If used alone, warm water and detergent is all needed for complete removal.
STORAGE TEXMAXBOND should be stored in a cool and dry area.
