Description

TEXMAX SIZE 500 is a compounded warp sizing agent formulated for the sizing of cotton and cotton / polyester blended yarns to be woven on high speed weaving machines. The productmay be used as is without the need for additives.

TEXMAX SIZE 500 is one of our best performing formulated warp sizing agents for cotton yarns. It contains a high content of synthetic binder.

TEXMAX SIZE 500 is an off-white powder product containing natural and synthetic polymers, lubricants and other process additives.

PREPARATION: TEXMAXSIZE 500 requires cooking prior to use. Add the desired quantity to the calculated cold starting water. Increase the liquor temperature to 130ºC and hold for about 10 minutes. The product is now ready for use.

APPLICATION: TEXMAXSIZE 500 should be applied at 8  10% solids depending upon yarn type, construction, degree of weave difficulty and weaving machine speed.

STORAGE : TEXMAXSIZE 500 should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area.

HANDLING Follow good industrial hygiene when handling TEXMAX SIZE 500.

REMOVAL: TEXMAXSIZE 500 is easily removed by conventional desizing methods.
